That's actually a "Deluxe" (chrome side trim, wheel trim rings like the MC850, but a base 750cc engine) model 96, 1965 through 1967 by the windshield size. The '64 was the "bull nose", the '65 was lengthened in preparation for the V4 engine, the '68 had a taller windshield. So long nose and short windshield. The 95 was the wagon.
